Class is recommended for people with existed injuries, health issues, people in mature stages of their life and enthusiastic yoga beginners who would like to learn “how to do it right” and set some firm foundation and skill for their yoga practice. Small group setting and slow, gentle paste of the class gives teacher the opportunity to work more individually with each participant and assist with some alignment adjustments, allowed us to learn how to breath and do posture properly. We use different props to support our bodies like, blocks, straps and bolsters.

Gentle, therapeutic and deeply relaxing Yoga practice. If you would like to experience profound relaxation and deep rest of your mind and body this is the practice for you. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends, our body and mind gets time and space to reset and calm down. We use props like blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps to support our body and make it as comfortable as possible.
