Yoga

Do your practice. All is coming.
Pattahbi Joice, founder of Ashtanga yoga
Vinyasa yoga flow focus is coordination between movement and breath. During the practice, we together as a group flow from one pose to another. The regular practice increases your flexibility, stamina, strength and fitness level, and heals your posture. After practice we feel refreshed, more in balance, we experience inner peace and stillness. We naturally connect with our inner flow of energy.

Whenever you are in doubt, it is best to pause. Few things are so pressing that they cannot wait for a moment of breath.
T.K.V. Desikachar, The Heart of Yoga: Developing a Personal Practice

Hatha Yoga is a more static style of Yoga, which means when we reach the goal or the peak of the pose and we stay there for a few breaths. We connect with stillness within us, our mind quiets, and the body gets the opportunity to stretch, heal and restore. There is many scientifically proven Hatha yoga benefits. Join us and enjoy those benefits!

"You're never too old, never too bad, never too late and never too sick to start from the scratch once again."

Bikram Choudhury, founder of Hot Bikram Yoga
Class is recommended for people with existing injuries, health issues, people in mature stages of their life and enthusiastic yoga beginners who would like to learn "how to do it right" and set some firm foundations and skill for their yoga practice. Small group setting and slow, gentle pace of the class gives the teacher the opportunity to work more individually with each participant and assist with some alignment adjustments, allowing us to learn how to breathe and do the posture properly. We use different props to support our bodies like blocks, straps and bolsters.

Live in harmony with the way things are and you will benefit. Struggle against the way things are and you will suffer.

Bernie Clark, Yin Yoga teacher
Yin yoga is a quiet, simple and slow-paced style of yoga. Postures are held for extended periods of time. It is a simple but not necessarily an easy practice!
It works deeply into our body, it targets our deepest tissue, connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body - rather than the muscles.

Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. A great meditative and let go practice. Also, great balancing practice for stronger styles like Vinyasa and Hatha. Join us and experience the unique practice which is becoming more and more popular.

You can't reach for anything new if your hands are full of yesterday's junk.
-Louise Smith

Gentle, therapeutic and deeply relaxing Yoga practice. If you would like to experience profound relaxation and deep rest of your mind and body this is the practice for you. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends, our body and mind gets time and space to reset and calm down. We use props like blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps to support our body and make it as comfortable as possible.

Please bring a blanket and some warm clothes such as a jumper and socks.

When we give ourselves the chance to let go of all our tension, the body's natural capacity to heal itself will start to work.

Thich Nhat Hanh, Buddhist teacher

There are more and more scientific studies that prove the benefits of yoga for our health. We could say the Westerners are just catching up with what has been well known in Eastern cultures for centuries. But not every pose or style of practice is suitable for everyone. Each yoga posture has it unique benefit and area which it affects. Yoga therapy is moderation of yoga practice for individual conditions. Yoga can be complementary therapy for many health issues. To make long story short Individual Yoga therapy practice is about creating the optimum, individual practice for improving your health and wellbeing.
