My training starts by looking at you, the client, through the lens of YOUR OWN unique body and history.

I then use a screen and assessment to begin your journey looking at how you move and feel in this moment. I walk through your goals and from there, make a plan on how, together, we can make them happen.

I believe in starting your training off where you are and where you feel comfortable and safe and how we can move forward with the right plan to get the results you want.

Using a combination of Original Strength and Whole Body Training we can help get you moving well, pain free and feeling strong.

All clients must attend an initial consultation before training can commence

I go through a structured assessment process to get a clear picture of where your body is at and time to talk through what you want to achieve and my plan to get you there.

Programs are built in 4, 8 or 12 week cycles, depending on where your body is at.

The program is about mutual commitment. It requires commitment from you in the form of a block of sessions and work at home.

By committing to the sessions, and doing your homework you will see big results in a very short time. The change in you is in the doing. We want to set you up with the skills and knowledge so you don’t have to come back over and over past your program.

My commitment to you is from the very first meet, I will be available whenever is possible if you need me outside training hours. Any questions, explanations or extra coaching you need, I will make myself as open to you as I can.

Yes! … and maybe I sound crazy, but as an Original Strength Coach, I’m telling you it’s crazy enough to work (I’ve even got a t-shirt that says so J)

I am the only Certified Coach with Original Strength in Western Australia and the second in Australia. (Pretty Cool) This is a Movement Revolution and we are as a family of coaches starting to change the world person by person freeing their bodies through movement education and strength training.

I believe, along with OS by applying our three key principles through the OS Big 5 Resets sets a person up to Press RESET on their systems.

Similar to a computer or mobile phone, when it locks up or stops functioning normally, we reboot it or Press RESET allowing it to go back to its original state and again function as it should.

Pressing Reset on your body can do the same thing too!

Some people see changes in a very short time, others may see changes over a longer time period, but everyone experiences changes if Pressing RESET regularly and consistently, even for just a few minutes a day.
